Access control from your cameras.
VISEC uses the digital inputs and outputs built into ONVIF and Axis cameras. When an input or an output is triggered, VISEC runs the sequence you set. Your camera needs those ports — most business and outdoor models have them. Check its spec sheet, or ask us and we'll check for you.
When a door sensor is triggered:
- Move an Axis PTZ camerato the preset covering that door.
- Turn on adjacent lightsand start recording.
- Activate a sirenif the event warrants it.
- Lock down adjacent doorsthrough their relays.
Open gates. Unlock doors. Switch on lights.
A simple example: a door opens, so VISEC turns a light on and records for two seconds. A complex one runs a whole chain of actions from a single input.
All of it uses the input and output ports already built into your ONVIF and Axis cameras, so there is no separate controller box on the wall.
What can trigger an event.
Almost any device that can toggle between an open and a closed circuit can be connected to a network camera or video server.
